Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $150 (before taxes, after discounts) ship free within the US.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (weekend and holiday orders process the next business day). Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive tracking by email and SMS if opted in — tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after label creation.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Follow us on Instagram for updates as we expand.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Check all possible delivery locations first, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If that doesn't resolve it, email us at info@reality-run.com and we'll help sort it out. Make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout — incorrect addresses may result in returns, and reshipping can incur additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 60-day returns from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sign in with your order email at our returns portal, request a return, and we'll approve it within 1–2 business days. Refunds process within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — and we make it easy. Exchanges are accepted within 60 days even if you've worn the item, as long as it's clean and in good condition. Tags aren't required for exchanges, but you'll need proof of purchase. Fit and feel matter, especially on the run.

What does your product guarantee cover?

Our gear is built to be used — hard. We stand behind it against manufacturing defects including construction flaws, fabric defects, and hardware or stitching failures. Normal wear over time is part of the journey and isn't covered. Contact us at info@reality-run.com with photos and details and we'll make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds process within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

Products & Sizing

How do your tees fit?

Our apparel runs true to size. Most tees are a regular fit — the J Tree Tee and Perspective Tee run about 2" shorter for a modern silhouette, and the Logo Puff Tee has a relaxed fit with dropped shoulders. Every product page has a size chart with exact body width and length measurements. Sizes range from XXS to 3XL.

What about hoodies and crews?

The Logo Fleece Hoodie has a relaxed fit with drop shoulders, and the Signature Fleece Crew runs generous. Both are available in XXS–3XL. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements — when in between sizes, size up for a relaxed feel or down for something more fitted.

What size are your hats and beanies?

All headwear is one-size-fits-most. Structured hats like the Embrace and Rotate feature snapback closures. Performance hats like the Reality Hat and Icon Hat are unstructured with adjustable straps. Beanies are knit with stretch to fit a range of head sizes.

Will my clothes shrink?

All Reality Run apparel is pre-shrunk. Follow the care instructions — machine wash cold and line dry — and the fit you ordered is the fit you'll keep. Garment-dyed items like the Logo Puff Tee and Torrey Tee may have slight color variation, but that's part of the character.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available from $50 to $250. They're delivered by email and you can include a personal message and schedule the delivery date. Shop Gift Cards

Materials & Sustainability

What materials do you use?

We use a range of premium fabrics chosen for their feel, durability, and environmental impact. Our tees range from lightweight 4.3 oz Eco-Hybrid blends to heavyweight 7.1 oz garment-dyed cotton. The Logo Fleece Hoodie uses 80/20 cotton and recycled polyester, and the Signature Fleece Crew is a heavyweight 10 oz ring-spun cotton fleece with chain stitch embroidery.

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability is woven into what we build. We use organic cotton (Logo Tee), recycled polyester (Logo Fleece Hoodie, Sun-Drenched Hat), recycled nylon with UPF 50+ protection (Reality Hat, Icon Hat), Lenzing Modal (Reality Tee), LENZING ECOVERO viscose (Waverly Beanie), Polylana recycled fiber (Sierra Beanie), and AZO-free dyes. We're not perfect, but we're intentional.

How should I care for my gear?

Most apparel: machine wash cold with like colors, line dry in shade. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Hats: spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash in cold water — performance hats like the Reality Hat can be dunked in water. Beanies: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Each product page has specific care instructions.

Where are your products made?

All products are designed in Carlsbad, California and manufactured in partner facilities in Bangladesh and China.
