We build gear for real miles, real life, and real use. Shipping should be straightforward, fast, and trackable.
Processing Time (Order Handling)
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods such as launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We will do our best to communicate any meaningful delays.
Domestic Delivery (In Transit)
Estimated delivery time after your order ships: 3 to 7 days
Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on carrier volume, weather, and your location.
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. We will help however we can if something looks off.
International Shipping
International delivery: Not available at this time.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free shipping is available on eligible orders $150+ (before taxes, after discounts), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free shipping applies to domestic orders only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking and Order Updates
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email (and SMS if you have opted in). Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement after label creation.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after confirming the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order enters processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days, shows "delivered" but you do not have the package, or something just feels off:
- Check around your delivery location (mailroom, front desk, neighbors).
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number. They can often provide GPS or delivery scan details.
- Email us and we will help you troubleshoot next steps.
