Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Reality Run names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Reality Run or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may provide access to customer tools offered by third parties. We do not monitor, control, or have input into these tools.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to optional tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsements. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

New features, tools, or resources that may be added in the future are also part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Reality Run.

Any ambiguities in interpretation will not be construed against the drafting party.

You and Reality Run consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
