We started Reality Run with a simple truth most brands won't say out loud: you can't train for an ultra. Not really. You can log the miles, dial in your nutrition, and memorize every elevation chart. But nothing prepares you for mile 80 in the dark, when your crew is asleep in the van and the only thing moving is you.
Life, like trails and the ocean, is unpredictable. Your reality can be challenged and shifted in a moment's notice. We build for those moments. The climbs that break you and the descents that rebuild you. The long stretches where it's just you, the terrain, and whatever you brought with you.
We make gear for that. Not flashy. Not disposable. Gear that holds up when you do, and when you don't.

Born from the Terrain
Reality Run was born from the diverse terrain of California. Mountains and ocean. Rugged peaks and endless coastline. We move between both, carrying a lifestyle shaped by the landscape we live in.
It started on the California coast with a question that wouldnβt go away: How do we build a brand that captures and inspires the modern ultra athlete?
Todayβs ultra runner moves between arenas.
Run clubs in the city. Strength sessions in the gym. Miles on the bike. Treadmill climbs in the garage late at night. Weekends spent chasing vert in the mountains with a tight crew. Recovery, nutrition, and the constant pursuit of progress.
We spent a year testing, scrapping, and rebuilding. Running in it. Scrambling through canyons at sunrise with athletes who donβt care about logos. They care about whether a seam holds at mile 140.
The result is a brand built from the terrain up. Performance and lifestyle, designed in Southern California and wear-tested by the athletes who inspired it.

Designed in California. Tested on the Trail.
Every piece starts in our Southern California studio and ends up on a trail somewhere it doesn't belong. 100-degree desert flats, pre-dawn mountain scrambles, 200-mile sufferfests. We work with ultra-athletes who wear-test our gear in real conditions, not focus groups.
We're intentional about materials. Organic cotton, recycled nylon, Lenzing Modal, UPF 50+ fabrics. Chosen for feel, durability, and reduced environmental impact. Our apparel is pre-shrunk and built to hold its shape mile after mile. We're not perfect, but we're not cutting corners either.
What We Stand For
Built to Last
We don't make disposable gear. Every stitch, every fabric choice, every construction detail is designed to hold up. Not for a season, but for the long run. Our product guarantee backs that up: if the craftsmanship fails, we make it right.
Intentionally Made
Sustainability isn't a marketing line. It's a material choice we make every time. Organic cotton, recycled nylon, Lenzing fibers, AZO-free dyes. Gear built for the full life of an ultra athlete. The trails, the gym, the everyday in between.
Community First
We show up. Crewing and pacing through the night at ultras. Running with local clubs. Volunteering at aid stations. Reality Run exists because of the people who lace up. So we invest in the places runners gather, from first miles to finish lines.
From the Community
We'll be at TrailCon in Palisades Tahoe this June to connect with the trail running community.
