Reality Run Returns & Exchanges
We build gear for real miles, real life, and real use. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
60-Day Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return eligible items.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
How to Start a Return
- Sign in. Log in with your order email. We'll send a one-time code to verify.
- Find your order. Select the order containing the item you want to return.
- Request return. Click "Request Return" next to the item and select a reason.
- Get approved. We'll email you within 1-2 business days.
- Ship it back. Follow the return shipping instructions in your approval email.
- Receive refund. Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
Exchanges (Even If It's Been Worn)
Fit and feel matter, especially on the run. Exchanges are handled directly by our team, so the process looks a little different from a standard return.
- Exchanges are accepted within 60 days, even if the item has been worn
- Items must be clean and in good condition
- Tags are not required for exchanges, but proof of purchase is
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, color, or style
There are two ways to make an exchange:
Option 1: Email us for a direct exchange. Reach out to Customer Support with your order number and what you'd like to swap into. We'll confirm availability, walk you through return shipping, and send your replacement once we receive the original item back.
Option 2: Refund and re-order. If you'd rather move quickly, or want to lock in inventory before it sells out, start a standard return through the portal for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want. This is often the fastest path.
How to Start an Exchange
- Email info@reality-run.com. Include your order number and the size, color, or style you'd like to exchange into.
- We'll confirm. You'll hear back within 1-2 business days with availability and next steps.
- Ship it back. Send the original item back using the return instructions we provide.
- Receive your replacement. We'll ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original.
Product Guarantee
We stand behind our gear. If your product has a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we'll replace it or make it right, no matter where the trail took you.
This guarantee covers:
- Construction flaws
- Fabric defects
- Hardware or stitching failures not caused by normal wear or misuse
